The event will run from 11am until 3pm. The Mayor will attend and will give a speech sometime  between 11am and 12 noon. It would be ideal if the choir could perform one or two sessions from say 12.30pm. The performance area would be the steps of Holy Trinity Church, Wealdstone. There will be various stalls in Trinity Square outside the church together with an interactive fire engine, Indian dancing and other activities.
